The CTC-A is completely service and customer oriented.

A quality management system was established based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, which has been certified since July 2013 for the areas consulting, project management (planning, cost calculation, implementation, completion) of clinical studies through an independent DAkkS accredited company.

All processes for planning, implementation, and patient-oriented research projects are represented and serve to implement and improve the strategic and operative processes and goals of the institution.

The CTC-A quality management system is a lively and dynamic system, because it is autonomously carried out and improved by employees, adapted using feedback and customers' needs (researchers, patients, contractual partners), and further developed. The CTC-A considers itself a continuously learning unit.

A high level of customer satisfaction is achieved through distinct flexibility and openness to all customer demands and a tailored implementation of unique research projects in accordance with all ethical-legal conditions.

In order to appropriately support the planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of clinical studies, the CTC-A has numerous process descriptions, standard operating procedures, templates, forms, checklists, and laboratory certificates.

The goals of quality management are:

  • Conducting a customer-oriented management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
  • Storing and sharing knowledge
  • Standardizing, measuring, and improving processes
  • Creating more streamlined and profitable structures and processes in agreement with the adaptive areas
  • Inquiring into and improving customer satisfaction
