Defense, Printing the Mandatory Copy

 

You will be informed of the schedule date at least five days in advance.

The examination documents are sent to the chairs of the Doctoral Studies Commission.

The Exam Coordinator, not the Doctoral Studies Office, is responsible for setting a date and inviting guests.

The chair of the Doctoral Studies Commission has your examination documents.

You must pubish your dissertation no later than one year after your defense.

You can find the guidelines for publishing your dissertation in the information sheets about printing mandatory copies.

Please make note of the changed cover page (see template 9) of the info sheet for submitting a Dr. med dissertation.

From now on the University Library provides a scheduling tool for better planning of the submission of electronic and printed dissertations.

Attention! If one or more publications (as first author) constitute the dissertation: The final published publication must always be included, i. e. the deposit copies can only be submitted when the publication has appeared in print.
