Application to achieve a Certificate for the Registration as a doctorate Student

As a requirement for enrollment as a doctoral candidate at the RWTH Aachen University, graduates must persent a certificate from the doctoral commission of the Medical Faculty to the Registrar's Office.

To obtain this certificate, please download the form "Doctorate - Application registration as a doctorate student". 

The completed form is to be submitted to Dr. Peter Uciechowski at the Dean's Office or at the Dean’s Secretary.
