Research Committee

 

The Research Committee supports and advises the Dean's Office, the dean, and Faculty Council on the

  • definition and establishment of new research focuses for the Faculty of Medicine
  • development and implementation of programs to fund junior scientists
  • implementation of research evaluations and the allocation of funds for research (especially START and IZKF)

The Research Committee consists of four representatives from the Group of University Professors, two representatives from the Group of Academic Staff, and two representatives from the Group of Students, including an equal number of deputy representatives.

The dean of research is the chair of the Research Committee and does not have any voting power.
