Plan for the Promotion of Women
The Plan for the Promotion of Women is an important instrument for determining and further developing aspects of equal treatment.
The RWTH Faculty of Medicine uses current data about employees to establish concrete goals and measures for the faculty in the plan, in order to make the structural underrepresentation of women in higher qualified positions and levels more visible and to work against it.
The Plan for the Promotion of Women is published every two years.
