Mentoring Programs
Mentoring has become a tried and true, diversely used instrument for human resources development and the promotion of young talent at universities and in businesses and organizations. As a creative approach for tapping into unused potential and trying out new teaching and learning methods, mentoring programs serve as an important contribution to the qualification and promotion of young scientific researchers. They are implemented particularly to attract and keep female reseachers at different scientific niveaus.
The mentoring programs have become a staple component of RWTH Aachen's Human Resources and Management Development Strategy.
